Things you need
Mango pulp – 1 cup Plantain pulp – 1 cup
Cream – 2 cup
Gelatin – 1 tsp
Salt a pinch
Water – 2 tsp
Powdered sugar – ½ cup
Yellow colour a pinch
Milk – 2 tbsp
Cherries for decoration
How to cook
Beat cream and mix with milk and powdered sugar. Mix the fruit pulp. Melt gelatine in water. And pour this into the fruit pulp. Fold in the beaten cream-milk mix.
Grease a pudding dish and pour this mixture into it and set in the fridge. When serving decorate it with cherries.
