Jaipur Literature Festival, the major literature festival of the country is all set to go digital as it announced the launch of its digital literature series. Titled “Brave New World” the literature series will be kicked-off on Saturday.
The virtual initiative is scheduled to be online twice a week on Saturday and Wednesday, featuring two sessions per day winding up with a live question and answer session. The initial sessions of the series will run on the social media platforms of the Festival, which will be free and open to all. Attendees will have to register on the JLF’s official website to watch the later sessions.
“Brave New World” will feature sessions ranging from the Bubonic Plague, the coronavirus crisis, to dystopian fiction led by eminent writers like Shashi Tharoor, Abhinav Chandrachud, Bee Rowlat and Prayaag Akbar.
