Kerala Literature Festival in its fifth edition will make a mark across the state with the KLF IMPRINT. Aimed to engage and explore literary, political and cultural aspects, IMPRINT will feature luminaries from Malayalam literature marking their crucial voices at the lecture series. It aims to revive and recall literature that has made a mark in the language.
The primary chapter of the IMPRINT tour will be held on 12th December 2019 at Palakkad and Ernakulam. Marking the centenary of the famous elegy Prarodanam, penned by Kumaranasan, the writer and poet Balachandran Chullikkad will speak at Victoria College, Palakkad on December 12, 2019. A chapter of IMPRINT will happen at Maharajas College, Ernakulam hosting the writer M. Mukundan.
Sarah Joseph, speaking at Government Brennen College, Thalassery on December 13, 2019, will emulate on Budhni, who represents the nuances of displacement and its aftermath.
The fourth in the IMPRINT series will be held at the citadel of letters, Kottayam. Writer C.V. Balakrishanan will address the gathering at Baselius College, Kottayam on Yathrayude Thathvadarsanam (The philosophy that travel enfolds).
With more lectures to be added to the calendar, KLF IMPRINT will act as a platform to writers and literature enthusiasts for the exchange of ideas at their place of interest with their favourite writers.
