In an Ireland Journal named Harold’s Xpress, Amanda bell popular Irish writer had written an interesting article on Kerala Literature Festival organized by DC Kizhakemuri Foundation titled ‘A passage to India’. Ireland was the guest nation of the third edition of KLF and a group of well known Irish writers took part in the festival in various discussions held across all the days. She had written beautifully about the reception she received her and eth she adores the literacy and knowledge keralites possess and how she enjoyed being here in the festival.
“The festival organisers had laid on a number ofextracurricular activities for visiting writers, and we were busy 15 hours a day. For me, highlights included a concert of Sufi music on the beach, and a walking tour through the traditional markets, visiting small businesses where peppercorns are sorted, coconuts dried, and coir made into dierent grades of rope”, she wrote.
