• Green chilli -8
• Gram flour (besan)- 1 cup
• Salt -1 teaspoon
• Refined oil -1/2 cup
• Powdered turmeric -2 pinches
Use the long green chillies and not the regular ones. Slit the green chillies, remove seeds and keep aside. Boil potatoes with salt. Peel it and mash them well after peeling them.
Add chilli powder and coriander leaves to the potatoes and mix well.
Make a thick batter with the flour, turmeric powder and salt and fill the chillies with the potato mix.
Dip the filled peppers in the batter till they are completely covered and fry them in oil till golden brown.
Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
