Things you need
Mutton minced – 1 cup
Besan or maida – ½ cup
Water as sufficient
Salt and pepper to taste
Meat masala – 1 tbsp
Minced onion – 1
Ginger, garlic paste – 1 tsp each
How to cook
Heat oil in a wok, sauté onion, ginger, garlic paste and add minced meat, turmeric, meat masala, pepper and salt. Stir for a few minutes. Add a little water (sufficient to cook the meat dry).
Divide into meat balls. Make a batter with maida or besan. Add salt and a pinch of chilli powder to it. Dip meat balls in the batter and deep fry. This can be added to any soup to make it more filling.
