According to a report by Eater a new biography will release in 2019, Described as “an authorized portrait of the writer, veteran chef and television traveler, built from stories shared by those who knew him best,” Bourdain’s biography will be published by Ecco.
Bourdain was not only a celebrated chef but also a master storyteller. He shot to fame as an author with his debut book, a memoir, Kitchen Confidential: Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly in which he wrote about the secrets and flaws of commercial kitchens and the reality of working in a demanding industry.
